Your Microsite is configurable, not custom-coded. This is deliberate — it keeps every Microsite fast (Lighthouse 90+) and SEO-strong without a developer. All customization lives at admin.eatsyorders.com → Channels → Brand config.
What you can customize
The Brand config page has six tabs:
Appearance
- Logo — uploaded at company and per-location level. The location logo overrides the company logo when set.
- Main color and contrast color — your hex pair. Contrast is used for text and accents. Never use
#FFFFFFas contrast. - Background style — Solid color, Customized, or Nothing.
- Microsite Categories Selector Position — Top (sticky bar) or Bottom (mobile-style).
- Restaurant policies — short copy block surfaced on the Microsite (allergens, kid menu, BYOB, etc.).
Slides Collections
Image slides shown on the Microsite home and inside the Branded App. Drag to reorder.
Splash Screens
First-impression welcome screen. Configure separately for EN and ES — different copy per language, not just translations.
Social networks
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, YouTube. Auto-renders in the Microsite footer and Branded App.
App Download Links
Once your Branded App is approved, paste the App Store and Google Play URLs here so the Microsite displays download badges automatically.
Templates
Pick the layout template for your Microsite from the available options. Switch any time without losing content.
What stays fixed
- Page structure — hero → featured → menu → about → footer is the proven layout.
- Mobile-first responsive — you can't break the mobile layout.
- Navigation — always at the top, always sticky.
- Cart and checkout flow — same across every Eatsy Microsite (it's what conversion-tests well).
If you need fully custom HTML/CSS, the Branded App plan opens up more flexibility. The Microsite is the fast, opinionated option.
Page-level toggles
Beyond Brand config, you control which Microsite pages are exposed at all in Channels → Website:
- Home — landing page (always recommended on)
- Menu — full menu page (always on)
- Catering — catering ordering and inquiry form
- Events — upcoming events / private dining
- We're hiring — job postings (auto-syncs from
Jobstop-level)
Each is a simple Available toggle. Off pages don't render at all.
Test on mobile first
Always preview your changes on mobile before publishing. 70%+ of Microsite traffic is mobile. If it doesn't look great on a phone, it doesn't matter how it looks on desktop. Click Publish in the global header to push changes live.
