This privacy policy describes how Eatsy Orders ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit eatsyorders.com or interact with our services. We try to keep this short and human-readable. A formal long-form version reviewed by counsel applies to any contractual relationships.
What we collect
When you use our marketing site, we collect: information you submit through the demo form (name, restaurant, email, number of locations); information you submit through the docs feedback widget (yes/no rating, optional comment); analytics on which pages you visit, where you came from, and what device you used.
We do not collect financial information on this site. Payment processing for our customers happens on separate platforms (Shift4, TSYS) governed by their own privacy policies.
How we use it
Demo form submissions are routed to our sales pipeline (GoHighLevel) so a real human can respond to you. Feedback widget submissions help us improve the documentation.
Analytics help us understand which pages are useful and which are not. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Third-party processors
We use the following processors for parts of our service: Vercel (hosting), GoHighLevel (CRM), Calendly (scheduling), Resend (transactional email), Meta and Google (advertising and analytics, only if you arrived from one of their platforms).
Each of these processors has its own privacy policy. We share only what is necessary to deliver the service.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email privacy@eatsyorders.com and we will respond within 30 days.
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to opt out of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
