Real-time

Order updates with audio alerts. No refresh needed.

All 4 channels

App, microsite, QR, iPad — one queue.

EN + ES

Operator UI in your team's language.

Built for the kitchen floor. Looks like a KDS, works like one.

Most online ordering platforms give you a clunky “manager dashboard” buried in tabs. Useless during a 7pm rush.

Eatsy Order Management is the opposite. Big tickets, color-coded status, audio alerts when new orders land. The kitchen runs it on a wall-mounted screen or a tablet. The owner runs it from their phone. Same data, scaled to whatever device is open.

  • One queue, every channel

Branded App, microsite, QR, iPad orders all land in the same view. No tab-switching. No missed orders.

  • Real-time, with audio alerts

New orders ping audibly. Status changes are instant. WebSocket-based — no manual refresh ever.

  • Multi-location built in

One owner login switches between locations. Per-location reports. Per-location staff permissions.

  • Operator UI in EN or ES

Switch the dashboard language per user. Spanish-dominant kitchen staff don't translate in their heads.

How a single order flows

  1. 1Step 1

    Order arrives

Customer places it from any channel. Audio chime + ticket appears in “New” column with channel badge.

  2. 2Step 2

    Kitchen accepts and starts

Staff taps “Start” — ticket moves to “In progress.” Customer auto-receives a status update.

  3. 3Step 3

    Order is ready

Staff taps “Ready” — ticket moves to “Ready” column. Customer auto-notified by SMS or push (matching their language).

  4. 4Step 4

    Order completes

Pickup: customer arrives, staff confirms handoff. Delivery: routed via Uber Direct / IHD / fleet, dispatched and tracked.

What's under the hood

  • WebSocket-based real-time updates

The dashboard is push-based, not poll-based. New orders appear instantly across every connected device — no refresh button.

    • Multiple staff logged in simultaneously, all see the same state
    • Configurable audio alert (off, soft chime, loud bell — for noisy kitchens)
    • Reconnects automatically after brief internet drops
  • Multi-location switcher

One login. All your locations. Switch contexts in one click. Owners see consolidated reports across all units.

    • Per-location permissions — staff at one location can't see orders at another
    • Aggregate dashboard for owners (total revenue, orders, average ticket across all units)
    • Per-location menu, hours, delivery zones — set independently
  • Bilingual operator UI

The dashboard itself is fully bilingual. Each staff member picks their language at login. Spanish-dominant cooks read the modifiers and special requests in Spanish.

    • Customer-submitted special requests pass through verbatim — no translation that loses nuance
    • Allergen and dietary tags translated by EatsyAI
    • Receipts and printer outputs match the customer's language
  • Reporting that's actually useful

Daily, weekly, monthly views. Per-channel breakdown. Per-item performance. Export to CSV.

    • Channel-mix reports (which orders come from app vs. microsite vs. QR vs. iPad)
    • Top items, slowest items, refund rate
    • Order completion time tracking — flag your bottlenecks
App, microsite, QR — every order lands on the same kitchen tablet. The line cooks don't care which channel it came from. We don't either.

Order Management questions

  • No. It complements your POS. Your POS handles in-restaurant transactions; Eatsy Order Management handles online orders from all four Eatsy channels (app, microsite, QR, iPad). If you have Shift4, the two integrate natively — orders pass to your KDS and payments reconcile in your POS reporting.

One dashboard. Every order. Every channel.

15-minute demo. We'll set this up with your menu, your colors, your locations. Hablamos español.
