See full pricing →No. It complements your POS. Your POS handles in-restaurant transactions; Eatsy Order Management handles online orders from all four Eatsy channels (app, microsite, QR, iPad). If you have Shift4, the two integrate natively — orders pass to your KDS and payments reconcile in your POS reporting.
Existing orders already in your queue stay accessible — the dashboard caches them locally. New orders won't arrive until you're back online (since they require internet to place anyway). When connectivity restores, any orders placed during the outage flow in immediately. Customers placing orders during an outage see a clear message and we offer to notify them when ordering is back up.
