Yes — if those orders go through Eatsy. iPad Menu and QR Ordering both count toward loyalty. If you have Shift4 POS for in-restaurant orders, those orders also count via the POS integration (we sync the customer's POS purchases to their Eatsy loyalty profile).
Yes. WhatsApp Business API is fully supported in the US, and we've baked in compliance for opt-in requirements. Customers explicitly check a box at signup to receive WhatsApp messages. They can opt out anytime by replying “STOP.” All templates are pre-approved by Meta for restaurant use cases.
Customers add their birthday at sign-up (optional). On the morning of, they get a message (email or WhatsApp, their preference) with a coupon valid for the day or week. The reward is configurable — free dessert, % off, free item from your menu. EatsyAI writes the message in their language with your brand voice.
No. Loyalty works on every Eatsy channel — Branded App, microsite, QR, and iPad. Customers identify themselves via phone number or email at checkout, and their loyalty profile is consistent across all channels. The Branded App makes it slightly more convenient (always logged in) but loyalty is fully accessible without it.
