Shift4 integration questions
Yes. Eatsy reads from your existing Shift4 menu and items; we don't require you to migrate or duplicate anything. Most restaurants are live within a week.
Any active Shift4 merchant account works. SkyTab POS is recommended for the best end-to-end experience but legacy Shift4 terminals also integrate.
Refunds initiated from the Eatsy dashboard (or directly in Shift4) reverse against the original tokenized card. The Eatsy dashboard reflects Shift4 ground truth.
Customer-facing channels keep accepting orders; Eatsy queues them. Once Shift4 is back, queued orders sync. Your customers never see a "we cannot accept orders right now" screen.
Set channel-specific pricing tiers in Shift4 (e.g., delivery +10%, dine-in standard). Eatsy honors them per channel automatically.
